We are seeking a Digital Support Apprentice to join our Repairs team at Ross and Liddell. This role is crucial in supporting our Repairs operations and ensuring that our support processes run smoothly. Based in Glasgow, you will play a key role in enhancing our client service experience.
Responsibilities:
Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly
Liaise with external contractors via phone and email
Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and courtesy
Maintain jobbing repair work order records
Support the team with ordering & office organisation tasks as needed
Support reception duties on an ad hoc basis
The skills you will need:
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience of Microsoft packages
