Now, they’re looking to grow by welcoming a Managed Services Digital Apprentice to the team! This apprentice will work towards an SCQF Level 6 Qualification based in their Aberdeen Office.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, check, and issue client invoices using Xero and Dext, ensuring accuracy and timely processing through digital workflows
Track billable work and additional charges outside monthly agreements by logging and updating records in Autotask (PSA System)
Reconcile purchase orders and supplier invoices using Xero and Dext, maintaining up-to-date and accurate financial records
Handle client billing queries and communications via Outlook, using SharePoint to store and retrieve supporting documentation
Maintain and update client records and internal process documentation in SharePoint, ensuring information is current and accessible
Use Excel and Power Automate to analyse data, generate reports, and automate routine tasks for improved efficiency
Identify and support process improvements by leveraging Microsoft Co-Pilot to streamline workflows and suggest digital solutions
What they need from you:
Confident practical Excel skills or a genuine willingness to build them quickly. This is a role where you'll be in spreadsheets every day, processing data
Strong numerical accuracy and a keen eye for detail
A love of systems and processes, someone who gets satisfaction from things running properly, and wants to make them even better
A professional, friendly manner when dealing with clients by phone and email
Someone who takes ownership follows through and cares about doing things properly
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
