We are looking for a Digital Support Apprentice to join our Private Client – Asset Protection & Tax department.
What will you be doing?
Provide first line support by using Microsoft 365, 3E, and Worksite to process client records, manage matter openings, maintain documentation, and support day-to-day business operations.
Become a superuser of 3E throughout your apprenticeship.
Support data management and system accuracy by creating new client and matter records, conducting compliance checks, and maintaining information in line with organisational procedures.
Assist with finance-related processes by processing incoming cheques, settling auditor fees, raising bills, and liaising with finance teams to ensure accurate and timely transaction handling.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including File Management, Finance, and wider business support teams, using digital communication tools to resolve queries and support service delivery.
Produce and distribute management information and performance reports, analysing client, matter, and business source data to support decision-making and continuous improvement across the team.
Manage electronic and physical information workflows.
Skills, knowledge and experience required:
Administration experience
Attention to detail and accuracy when working with data
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent IT skills
Excellent communication skills, verbal and in writing
Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines under pressure
Ability to use initiative and to work both independently and as part of a team
Working week: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.

Future prospects:
Should you perform well in this role, there is an opportunity for you to take up a permanent position at the end of your qualification. Many of our previous apprentices are still with the company. Your future salary will be discussed should you be offered a permanent role.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
